A successful business should still continue to function at its full capacity , even in your absence, whether it’s online or offline, now or 30 years ago. What you the business owner needs are little help from those ‘somebody’

The traditional business boss typically calls those “somebody” –  Employees. These employees work for him during work hours. That means that even if he is sleeping or watching a movie or be shopping with his wife during office hours, his business still continue to function 99% if the employees are loyal or maybe 39% (still not zero) if the employees are sneaky and sly.

The online business still to have these “somebody” to run the show but not employees. What an online business can easily implement that a traditional business may find more challenging is to have business automations. And when you have these business automations, these little ‘bots’ online becomes your loyal employees. They are = never sly, cunning or sneaky.

From my personal experience in my almost 20 years of working life, a good loyal employee for a traditional business is hard to come by. As a human, we have goals, we have dreams, we have temptations. If being made to work hard for a period period of time, we may get burnt out and ultimately, we will ask ourselves the question: Why am i working so hard for my boss? Why am I working so hard for other people? Is there any alternatives out for me?

So when you take the human variable factors (including the fatique, feelings, aspirations) out when your little help do exactly what you tell them to do, it becomes a complete different story; Businesses suddenly become viable to operate. Obviously, there will still be challenges that comes from elsewhere presented to the online business owner, but the very least you take away one of the oldest (and hardest i feel) challenges for business – human management.
